About This Resource
Boarding High school for teenage girls (15-17) who are emotionally stable yet still need a safe and consistent environment in order to fully engage in the therapeutic process. The Maayan Academy mission is to help girls who have not succeeded in the mainstream school system and the frum community to prepare for life and its challenges by combining unconditional love, acceptance and healthy boundaries through therapeutic, academic and spiritual support. Located on a farm in NJ where the girls connect with animals and nature while learning responsibility for themselves and others. Academics and emotional health have the same priority, great staff team. Individual therapy, group therapy, DBT, trauma informed yoga and art therapy and more. Financial Aid Available Upon Request.
