About This Resource
La'briut's Family Member Group is a peer support group for women caring for family members with mental health challenges. The other group, "Let's Talk About Mental Health," is an opportunity for women to share with others how mental health has affected their lives. The groups now meet virtually via Zoom. Each group will meet monthly on the posted Sunday evenings from 7:30-9pm Central Time (8:30-10:00pm Eastern Time). A Zoom link will be sent to you, before the meeting, once you have registered. If you have already registered for a particular group, on a specific date, there is no need to reregister. We look forward to "seeing" you.
