About This Resource
Insight Beyond Eyesight was founded in 2021. Our organization provides support, information, and networking for Jewish individuals who are visually impaired and their families. We host events throughout the year including family get-togethers and teleconference calls for our members to spend quality time together, share resources and ideas, and gain inspiration and helpful knowledge.
Insight Beyond Eyesight also helps members with various needs on a 1:1 basis which includes advocacy, finding proper services, and connecting with others who can help them. Furthermore, we have an exchange program of Braille and large print books as well as devices and equipment for the blind.
