About This Resource
Anger management, trauma treatment, family and children's programs, geriatric mental health care, immigrant program, home and community based services, school based care and programs, psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring, individual therapy, intensive outpatient program, group therapy, case and care management services, peer support services, and couples counseling. Children and family treatment and support services available for free to NYS Children’s Medicaid or a Medicaid Managed Care Plan. Adult services include home visiting services, HCBS daily living and social skills, including employment and education. Telehealth and and face to face therapy available. Providing refreshments and snacks.
