Meet Frayde Yudkowsky, LSW, LMSW, CTP

Hi!! I’m Frayde Yudkowsky — and yes, I wear a lot of hats. Literally and figuratively.
I’m a licensed therapist in New York, New Jersey, and Arizona, a Certified Trauma Professional, the Founder of THRIVE! Mental Health, and the visionary and doer behind The Givers’ Guide—a first-of-its-kind resource created to make help accessible, dignified, and actually findable.
I’m also a polyfragmented system living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)—and that lived experience is my badge of honor. It’s not something I hide or work around.
It’s the heartbeat behind everything I do.
My Work in the World
Since childhood, I’ve been drawn to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, valued, and safe enough to be real.
That calling has taken me across the globe—from the U.S. to Australia and back again—and into nearly every corner of the mental health world, including:
- Psychiatric hospitals
- Rehabs, PHPs, IOPs, and outpatient centers
- Alternative high schools, wilderness programs, and sober homes
- In-home counseling
- Nonprofit leadership
I’ve founded and directed organizations, helped build others from the ground up, and stayed anchored in one unwavering belief:

That belief is what sparked The Givers’ Guide—because no one should have to search endlessly, quietly, or shamefully for support.
Meet Dovid Levine, LCSW
Dovid Levine, LCSW spent 22 years as a kollel member, rebbe, and mashgiach in Montreal, Lakewood, Miami, and Brooklyn before earning his degree in social work. He worked at Pesach Tikvah and is now in private practice in Brooklyn. Dovid is passionate about empowering individuals (men), couples, and supervisees to build healthier, more meaningful, and fulfilling lives.
Meet Meira Herman
Meira Herman has been an Administrative Manager on the Giver’s Guide project since 2023. Meira maintains the database and runs the many administrative tasks an endeavor such as entails. She made Aliyah in 2018 and is a well known Israeli Artist.
